MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2023

The Baltic Vibe is a project conceived and developed by the Latvian artist Valentīna Kovaļišina (Valentinaki). The aim is to promote the masterpieces of young designers from the Baltic countries and, through their creations, to raise the awareness of Baltic culture and its excellence. The Milan Design Week seen as the encounter and confrontation among styles and traditions, is considered the ideal showcase to present the project.
The exhibition contains artistic design objects created from glass by Baltic designers who were inspired by Baltic nature and classical elements. Seven female designers from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia were invited to participate in the exhibition.
